ACAP Child Care is the primary resoure for meeting the child care needs of parents in Essex County, NY.  The Child Care Resource and Referral provides information and referrals as well as training, advocacy, and education to meet the needs of children, families, businesses, and providers.  Our offices are located in Elizabethtown and are open from 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday.

After School

ACAP After School Programs offer a safe and healthy environment for children in grades pre-k to 6th to learn and grown. Child and Adult Care Food Program
